How much do you charge?

While we don’t typically charge a broker fee, we reserve the right to charge a fee of up to £499 depending on the amount of research and administration that is required.

Do I need to visit the office for an appointment?

Not at all! We know life can get busy, so if popping into the office doesn’t suit you, we’re happy to offer telephone or video call appointments instead. Just let us know what works best for you, and we’ll make it happen!  Equally, if you’d like to see us in person we have a welcoming and private space available and don’t worry if you have a minion or 2, we have plenty to keep them occupied!

Do I need to have my deposit saved before booking an appointment?

Nope! You don’t need to have your deposit ready before speaking with us. In fact, we can help you create a plan to reach your savings goal and get you on the right path to securing your deposit. It’s never too early to start the conversation!

What documents should I bring to my appointment?

Once you’ve booked your appointment, we’ll provide you with a tailored list of the documents you’ll need, based on your individual circumstances, so there’s no confusion.
